The Earth in Focus project aims to bring together science, imagery and education, using photography and videography as a medium to inform and inspire others. Started by Matt Doggett, Adam Seward, Richard Shucksmith and George Stoyle, Earth in Focus has now expanded to include the work of four more photographers from the UK and abroad with a conservation or science based edge to their imagery. The team members run photographic workshops, publish stories about nature and conservation initiatives and give talks on a range of natural history and conservation subjects.
Earth in Focus images are used to promote the valuable work of national and international conservation organisations and tell nature’s stories that many would not otherwise see. Our images have excelled in a number of international photographic competitions and appeared in books, magazines and newspapers around the world.
